It will be mainly sunny in the next hours. However, high clouds will move in; these will gradually thicken and there may be some rain on the main Alpine ridge in the evening. The following night, there may also be a few drops of rain in the rest of the region.

Temperatures will be around the seasonal average with 23° in Sterzing and 26° in the area of Bozen.

High air pressure and a north-westerly upper-level flow are determining the weather conditions.
During the day, sunshine will prevail with high, passing cloud fields. A few harmless clouds will form as the afternoon progresses.

A moist northerly upper-level flow is determining the weather in the Alpine region.
At the start of the day, the weather may still be changeable from the Ortler along the main Alpine ridge; as the morning progresses, the changeable weather will be confined mainly to the Zillertal Alps and the Rieserferner Group. Elsewhere, during the day there will be a mix of sun and clouds.

On Tuesday, apart from a few patches of early morning fog, there will be bright sunshine across much of the region. Wednesday will see increasingly changeable weather, with a few rain showers and some thunderstorms in the afternoon. Thursday will bring changeable weather with sun and clouds and a some rain. Friday will see partly cloudy weather with a few rain showers in the afternoon.
